HARVEST TIME MEANS NEW RECRUITS
The team is split between full-time farming and part-time amenity and estate operations, depending on seasonal workload. Extra staff are employed at harvest from the estate and specifically recruited as required.
All staff receive training whether statutory for safety purposes, for their personal development or updating skills. The experience of the team contributes to a vast source of skills to offer our customers.
Whether you are interested in our farming skills or any other service, you will find a willing and able approach with a "can do" attitude.
BASIS and FACTS qualifications are held at Trumpington and Thorney farms.
